If you've forgotten the password that you use to log in to NHS People go to https://nhslife.nhs.uk/forgot , enter the email address that you used to set up your NHS People account and click send.
You should then receive an email from noreply@nhslife.nhs.uk titled Reset your password for NHS People. Inside this email, click on the Reset password button to set a new password for your NHS People account.
If you don't receive this password reset email please send an email to help@nhslife.nhs.uk from the email address that you used to create your NHS People account. Please ensure that you include the following information in this email:
- Screenshot of your entire screen showing what happens when you try to reset your NHS People password
- Approximate Date and Time that you last attempted to reset your NHS People password
- Explanation of the issue which you've experienced.
- Email address that you used to reset your NHS People password
