NHS People accounts can only be accessed using official NHS email addresses and therefore we unfortunately won't be able to update your account to use any non-official NHS email address or personal email address.
If you would like to change your account to use a different official NHS email address please send an email to help@nhslife.nhs.uk from the email address that you used to create your NHS People account.
In your email please explain which email address your NHS People account is currently set up with and which email address you would like to use instead.
